Screen Time protection is not active
Open Profile > Profile & focus settings and confirm that Screen Time permission is enabled. Then choose the apps, categories, and websites you want protected. The focus timer still works if you decide not to enable Screen Time access.
Change what gets blocked
Go to Profile > Profile & focus settings > Change blocked apps & websites. Apple’s picker keeps your choices private by returning tokens rather than readable app or website names.
Pause or end a session
Pausing or ending a session releases active shields. Resuming a paused protected session reapplies them. Ending early does not award Focus Credits.
Delete local data
Open Profile > Profile & focus settings > Delete all local data. This removes your subjects, sessions, credits, purchases, room choices, achievements, and saved Screen Time selection from the device.
Contact support
When contacting support, describe what happened, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. Do not include your Screen Time passcode or other sensitive information.
